Newton Abbot Library is celebrating HI VIS FORTNIGHT from 6th – 19th JUNE

Hi VIS fortnight aims to highlight accessible reading materials in the libraries. There will be free events and activities to connect those that are impacted by sight loss.

Our SENSORY PLAY SESSION will be held on SATURDAY MORNING 11th JUNE 10-12am in the children’s library, open to ages 2+

This aims to help children living with sight loss to discover the world around them through touch. Although aimed at children with sight loss, this session is open to all, and we would actively encourage all children to get involved. Adult supervision always required.
