Read Easy Torbay is a community-based volunteer Group helping adults who are struggling to read by providing them with free, confidential, one-to-one coaching from trained volunteers.

We are looking for a Referrals Networker to join our Management Team. This is a vital, rewarding and interesting role to create and develop relationships with local organisations and agencies that may be able to refer potential readers to us for support.

For this role we are looking for someone with initiative, energy and good communication skills.  You will need to have a confident and tactful manner, access to the internet and a certain amount of time to spare during the working week, so that you can contact people during office hours. We have a data base of current contacts as a starter to work from. Other team members will work with you to make contact with individuals and organisations and you will lead the team in developing contact for Read Easy Torbay.

You will be a full member of Read Easy Torbay management team, helping it to grow  and reach more adults who are struggling to read.

When:

If you have expertise in a specific sector we can match your networking to that sector.
