The Qi Gong for Better Breathing workshop focuses on techniques to improve your lung capacity, increase energy, and reduce stress. We will be looking at the lungs and breathing through a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective. It will include breathing exercises, stretches, gentle flowing movements, acupressure and meditation. Ideal for all fitness levels, it’s a powerful tool for anyone seeking greater health and vitality through the breath. Can be done standing or seated.
