Join us for a Psychological Fitness Workshop to reduce anxiety, low moods, insecurity and overwhelm and Improve relationships and self-esteem on the 13th and 14th July 2023
It takes place at the field of possibility near Totnes, outdoors around the fire or indoors (subject to the weather).
Learning happens through conversations and gentle exercises that raise awareness of the psychological immune system and inner compass.
People often refer to the experience as it being like a form of yoga for the mind.
A simple lunch is included (soup & bread)
