1899-the night of the great storm. As ferocious winds batter the coast, a ship, the Forrest Hall, was under tow, but the cable snaps. Beginning to drift, their only hope is "Louisa" and the Lynton and Lynmouth lifeboat crew. But the seafront is flooded, they can only launch from Porlock Weir. Can they get "Louisa" across land and into the water, will they get there in time...
Join us to explore an exciting event in Lynton and Lynmouth's history, as we bring to life this heroic tale.
