A free workshop funded by Arts Council England as part of Libraries Unlimited's 'Finding Connection Through Loss' project.
We will cover:
Who will speak for you when you can no longer speak for yourself.
Advance decisions to refuse treatment.
Do not attempt cardio pulmonary resuscitation.
Advance statements - your wishes and preferences.
Planning your funeral.
Lasting power of attorney.
Mental capacity/dementia
