This is a two day programme on either Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th May from 0900 to 1530 each day OR Thursday 28th May and Friday 29th May 0900 to 1530 each day

We are delighted to welcome you to Slapton Ley Field Centre in the South Hams.

We are working with Devon County Council to deliver a 2-day progressive programme designed to improve young people’s confidence, problem solving skills, mindfulness and nature connectedness, through activities such as team games, shelter building, low ropes, foraging and orienteering, practical conservation tasks & woodworking.

Young people will go away with a Field Studies Council goody bag including a water bottle and a pack of our Wild ID wildlife guides to use with their parent/carers.

Up to 16 young people aged 11-14 years per group (key stage 3)

This course is designed for young people who can participate in a group setting without 1:1 support. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, please get in touch before booking and we’ll be happy to help.

The price of the course includes

  • A hot meal at lunch each day
  • All course teaching
  • Equipment, wellies and waterproofs if required.

Transport

  • Pick up: Kingsbridge Quay 0900 or Totnes train station 0900
  • Drop off: Kingsbridge Quay 1530 or Totnes train station 1530
  • Please specify in the provided form if you need to book a space which location

Please note: Parents/carers must remain contactable for the duration of the session.
