We are delighted to welcome you to Slapton Ley Field Centre in the South Hams.
We are working with Devon County Council to deliver a 2-day progressive programme designed to improve young people’s confidence, problem solving skills, mindfulness and nature connectedness, through activities such as team games, shelter building, low ropes, foraging and orienteering, practical conservation tasks & woodworking.
Young people will go away with a Field Studies Council goody bag including a water bottle and a pack of our Wild ID wildlife guides to use with their parent/carers.
Up to 16 young people aged 11-14 years per group (key stage 3)
This course is designed for young people who can participate in a group setting without 1:1 support. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, please get in touch before booking and we’ll be happy to help.
The price of the course includes
- A hot meal at lunch each day
- All course teaching
- Equipment, wellies and waterproofs if required.
