Join us for a walk in the woods with tai chi stops along the way.
We will use a few simple tai chi moves to immerse ourselves in the feeling of nature, the feeling of life in our bodies and the feeling of life all around us. We will walk, then pause, walk then pause, using the tai chi to tune in. As well as this, we can observe, talk about and learn about the trees, plants and wildlife that we encounter.
This session is for everyone, you don't need any knowledge of tai chi to come along.
