Led by Jim Silajala and Katie Drew online via Zoom, this taster workshop is a chance for you to learn about and practice mindfulness, with the specific aim of using this life changing art to enable you to transform your daily screen use from frazzling to freeing.
As our reliance on technology increases exponentially, we are now all familiar with the benefits - and setbacks - of using our smartphones, tablets, computers and even TVs. For many of us we are increasingly wondering where this is heading, and at times the virtual world of smart tech is overwhelming.
So the question is, how can we approach this reality, creatively, ensuring we are still reaping the benefits of it all whilst maintaining our health and well-being?
Our workshop is your opportunity to discover the way we can move forward. It's a 'taster' for a longer course we are developing, with the intention of being launched towards the end of 2026.
