Come along to our cook & eat session to learn how to make simple, healthy recipes using local, organic produce from Shillingford Organics.
These sessions are designed for beginners to plant based cooking. During our two hour sessions we normally make a main meal and a dessert, using wholefoods and seasonal fruit and vegetables. We will be making the meal and eating together.
Thanks to funding from the Exeter Local Food Community Initiatives we can provide these sessions for the low cost of £5. You can also get a bag of Shillingford Veg at wholesale prices for £5.
We will be running one session per month in different locations around Exeter, normally on Fridays. The one for this session will be in Ide.
