The South West Coast Path Association is planning and leading quality walks that are tailored to the community need and which help people over come the barriers they face to getting active and using our amazing coast path for both leisure and wellbeing. We're running walks in Torbay, North Devon and Plymouth.

These particular groups are based in Torbay. They are open to anyone over 50 who is looking to live life positively and so to meet new people, get active, and enjoy our wonderful coastline. These walks happen every Tuesday morning. We have two groups which alternate, so every other week we have an 'Amblers' group which starts at 11am and walks about 1-1.5 hours - generally quite slow and accessible. Then, the alternate weeks, we have a 'Wanderers' group which starts at 1pm and walks about 2-2.5 hours - slightly more challenging and potentially a little quicker pace (but certainly not fast!). They always end with an optional cuppa. We walk throughout the bay. Dogs are welcome on the Amblers walks. For a schedule, or more information, please contact stuart@southwestcoastpath.org.uk. We looking forward to meeting you.
