Let's Talk Together is  a peer support group for Adults (18+) to talk to each other about thier mental health. 

The group meets every Tuesday 1.30pm - 3.00pm at the YMCA, Mill Street South Molton.                                                                                             

The Aim of the group is to promote wellbeing in mental health, learn coping strategies from each other and share positive experiences as well as the reality of managing mental health. 

The group lead is Yas who has Mental Health England First Aid training and a broad range of experience within mental health.  The group offers a safe and confidential space.     

 Teas and coffees provided.
