Join our 6th Torbay Scouts volunteer team
We're the UK's largest mixed youth movement, proudly led by volunteers. Find an opportunity that's #GoodForYou and volunteer today.
Volunteering with the 6th Torbay Scouts Team isn’t just a role – it’s a rewarding adventure where you’ll make a national impact, meet incredible people, and grow in ways you never imagined. United by one goal: helping young people gain the skills they need to thrive in life.
What do Scouts Volunteers do?
Volunteers do all sorts of amazing things – supporting our Scout group in Paignton to help lead on group activities for our children, support developing exciting programmes, and making sure Scouting is safe for everyone. We also seek people willing to share their skills.
Every role plays a part in building a brighter future for young people. Whether you're leading a team, solving problems behind the scenes, or helping others shine – you’re making Scouting happen.
We run sessions through out the week ( mostly evenings and weekends) based at our HQ on Paignton Harbour.
Scouts range from ages 6-18 years old.
Volunteers will undertake a DBS clearance in order to volunteer. England and Wales | Scouts
