Unit 8 Gym and Inner Compass Guide CIC are collaborating on an open event, to connect people, like you, with activities that are meaningful, fun and fulfilling.
Ivybridge is fast gaining a reputation of being the wellbeing capital of the South Hams. There are dozens of groups, activities and opportunities to belong to. If you would like to learn more about the vast array of physical, mental and social activities that are taking place in the community then come along to the 'Ivybridge Wellbeing Drop In Event at the Unit 8 Gym.
