What to know how and where to start?
Come and join my Practical Weaning workshop, all about how to build good and affordable eating habits from the start. At John Tallack Youth & Community Centre, Cullompton
Part of the session will be led by first aider Catherine from Devon Antenatal Family Centre to cover baby choking and CPR and build confidence in giving your baby whole pieces of food.
We’ll talk about spoon-fed and baby-led weaning and then make lunch and eat it together.
There is a suggested donation of £4, but anyone can join even if they are not able to give a donation.
