We are in a recruitment phase as we look to grow our offer. As such, we welcome enquiries from all, and we feel everyone has something to offer, regardless of experiences, skill or knowledge. We also offer flexibility in our roles, so if you only have limited time, that's fine! We have volunteers who commit multiple evenings a week and some who offer a special skill far less regularly - talk to us to find out more!
Instructors - our instructors offer face-to-face activities with young people, across a diverse range of areas. Whether you are a canoeing instructor, a first-aider, engineer, chef or teacher, you will find a way to give something valuable back - and if you would like to teach sailing or powerboating but don't know how, that's ok! We offer free accredited training and qualifications to enable you to do just that.
Trustees - Unit Management Teams ensure the charity is able to deliver its goals, providing the know-how and experience to steer a steady course. Whether you have experience in (or wish to get it...) management, handling money, fundraising, social media, safeguarding, estates, administration - again, we believe almost anyone could find a way to help.
If these don't fit - well, we also offer a range of other roles, from seasonal instruction to unit assistants and as members of our parents and supporters association. Something for everyone!
