The Penguin Sports Foundation runs a weekly afterschool drop-in Hydrotherapy Club on Mondays during term-time. Led by a specialist physiotherapist, sessions are £6 each and are held at Calvert Devon, Wistlandpound, Kentisbury, Barnstaple EX31 4SJ.
Siblings and parents/carers are also encouraged to get in the pool to have fun and learn essential skills from our physios! These family-friendly sessions create an inclusive activity the whole family can enjoy together. While for the children this playful, social environment boosts confidence also boosts confidence, builds friendships and increases self-esteem.
