Looking into Breathwork practice, yoga, meditation and how this in turn brings insight to any pain from the body. 

For decades, my body and mind would give me pain through varies Life challenges and at every turn I  

I suffered 2 mental breakdowns and last year the straw that broke this camels back was a panic attack. 

This space, discussion is to let who wants to listen, it can be released yet. Work on the self is the answer.
