Living with long-term physical or mental illness? Want to make a positive change?
The Help Overcoming Problems Effectively (HOPE) Programme is a free six-week self-management course designed to support people living with low-level anxiety and/or depression.
The programme encourages you to focus on yourself as a person and explore the question:
"What is important to me?"
By bringing together people with similar experiences, the course provides a supportive environment where you can build confidence, develop practical self-management skills, and realise that you are not alone.
