For people who live with low-level anxiety and/or

The Help Overcoming Problems Effectively (HOPE) Programme
supports individuals to focus on themselves as a person, and to
consider “What is important to me?”.

It is a FREE, six week, self
management programme where we bring groups of people together
who are going through a similar experience. Take this time for
yourself.

You are not alone!

The course will be held at The Holsworthy Hospice, The Long
House, Dobles Lane, Holsworthy EX22 6GH and will run on
Wednesdays commencing 8th October 12:15 - 14:34.
