The Hele, Watcombe, Barton and Willows area of Torquay would like to produce a Community Magazine. The magazine would inform people about things happening in their community and have some good news stories from local people.
The Community Partnerships are asking for volunteers to come forward; we are looking for people with an interest in the area and local people. Skills could be IT, writing, layout and design, advertising, distribution.
There is some funding to kick start this.
