Understand the different COMMUNICATION STYLES and what assertiveness is. Be aware of your style and build your confidence. Learn skills to be able to communicate in a more healthy way in your reationships.
Tuesday 22nd November, 10am – 2pm
Identify a variety of ASSERTIVENESS techniques and apply these to real life situations. Gain skills and confidence in communicating in a more healthy way.
