The Palace Theatre and dance/fitness instructor Anne George invite you to a fun daytime dance session. MUSIC can calm and relax us or lift our spirits and energy. Human beings connect strongly with RHYTHM.  Moving our bodies to music is for everyone no matter what age or level of mobility. We can release stress, let out energy, express ourselves, smile and laugh. We become flooded with happy endorphins and connect easily with others while our fitness levels increase!! People who dance regularly enjoy higher levels of self- confidence and self- esteem. For 17yrs and above. This activity has been part-funded by Torbay Council, Torbay On the Move initiative.
