Pop into the library to make some Halloween-themed bunting!
We'll have a range of arts and crafts supplies available to use and the finished pieces will be used to decorate the library for October (children can write their names on their pieces if they would like to have them back after Halloween).
This is a free event with no need to book, simply drop in at any point during the two hour window.
