Role Description

Writing grants to secure funds for our charity.

Researching grants that can be applied to.

Communicating with other members of the fundraising team to ensure grants are completed on time and assistance is provided to others where needed.

Researching avenues for corporate sponsorships and securing funds.

You will be working alongside our established fundraising team to secure much needed funding for our charity. Our fundraising team is made up of a group of 5 creative and passionate individuals overseen by UKWOT founder. They have a successful track record of securing grants and running crowdfunding campaigns. The charity has grown quickly in the last 2 years, with more otters needing rehabilitation coming through our doors this year than ever before, so a new fundraising team member is needed for the charity to keep up with the growth. Our fundraising team has regular communication via Whatsapp and semi-regular video calls where everyone is kept up to date and ideas and opinions are requested and shared.
