This is a free 3 part course where we explore the ‘science’ around anxiety including the fight/flight/freeze response; identifying our own anxiety triggers and exploring ways to manage symptoms, and overcome our fears through ‘graded exposure’.
The course is taking place on Weds 24th Sept, Weds 1st Oct and Weds 8th October between 10:00am – 13:00pm
