A series of three workshops looking at prioritising, planning, decision making and time management, which are all executive function skills. You are invited to reflect on how you approach tasks and how you complete them (if you do) and whether that works for you, and if not, make a plan to change things. Delivered by Transitions a project of ECI and in collaboration with Mental Health Matters and The Moorings.
 
Dates:Tuesdays 23rd, 30th September and 7th October Time: 5pm - 6.30pm
Location: The Moorings, Wonford House, Dryden Rd, Exeter EX2 5AF

You must be able to attend all 3 sessions in order to complete the course.
