Creature of Habit is a two part, looking at why we need routine and structure in our lives and how habits are formed. You are invited to reflect on your current routine and habits and whether they serve you well, and if not, make a plan to change things.
 
The course is taking place: Thursday 26th February, Thursday 5th March between 10pm - 12:30pm
 
Location: Exeter Phoenix, Exeter, EX4 3LS
 
You must be able to attend all sessions in order to complete the course.
