Creature of Habit is a two part course, looking at why we need routine and structure in our lives and how habits are formed. You are invited to reflect on your current routine and habits and whether they serve you well, and if not, make a plan to change things.

The course is taking place: Thursday 10th and 17th September 10.30am-1.00pm

Location: Central Exeter

You must be able to attend all sessions in order to complete the course.
