We explore the ‘science’ around how what we eat affects how we feel, and vice-versa. We discuss the different ways of including healthy food in your diet and look at planning healthy meals on a budget.
This is a free two part course taking place on Thursday 25th June & Thursday 2nd July 1.00pm - 3.00pm.
Location: St Sidwell's Community Centre, Exeter EX4 6NN.
You must be able to attend both sessions in order to complete the course.
