North Devon Voluntary Services are hosting a community engagement event on Wednedsy 7th February at Barnstaple Library 

Come along and find out about the great work of our voluntary and community sector organisations and how you may be able to engage with thier work.

Revitalising Volunteer Event - VCS Organisations 

Join us at the Barnstaple Library for an exciting and interactive event aimed at revitalising volunteering in our community.

The purpose of this event is to support the widening of the Volunteering pool in North Devon. North Devon Voluntary Services will be working on behalf of charity and community organisations to raise awareness of community action in North Devon and how residents can support their local organisations. This is your opportunity to talk to North Devon community members interested in volunteering oppotunities and to see if they would be a good fit for your organisation.

3.00-4.00: Set up, networking and refreshments for organisations

4.00- 5.00: Presentation from Louise Flagg (NDVS )on 'The Benefits of Volunteering' and an opportunity for our community members to catch to our local organisations.

5.00-5.30: Refreshment/ Break

5.30–6.30: Second presentation 

Location: Barnstaple Library ( 3B Top Floor - Lift access)
