Our Education Team promote a learning environment in order to develop and maintain a confident, competent and skilled workforce capable of delivering a model of care to meet the changing needs of our patients and their families.
The team are looking for administration support for our educational events as well as keeping track of documentation, training records and managing our resource library.
WHEN:
Weekday mornings, days and times to be discussed on application, depending on your availability.
A commitment to a regular shift, or shifts, would be preferable.
Key skills you will need for this role are:
- A friendly, calm, approachable and non-judgemental manner
- Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times, have an awareness of, and maintaining, boundaries
- Excellent communication and listening skills with an ability to relate to people from all backgrounds
- A good understanding of IT software such as Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365
- An awareness of database systems for managing data such as staff records
- Experience of working in higher education
- Experience of self-directed study skills
