We are looking for a new Editor of Signpost to join our small editorial team. You need to be interested in promoting what going on locally, have computer skills with a good knowldege of Word/and or Publisher, and an eye for detail.
Signpost is a Community News Magazine for Bampton, Clayhangar, Exebridge,Huntsham, Morebath, Petton and Shillingford. Starting life as the parish magazine it has widened its focussed over the years to contains local news articles and adverts for local events and businesses. It is available by subscription for £5 per year, delivered by a team of volunteer distributors or on line (a recent innvoation). The business adverts also bring in revenue to support printing costs.
The production of 10 issues per year, will be shared between the editorial team members, who include our current co edotor Alison.
