- Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared areas so they feel peaceful, safe, and welcoming.

- Handling the tougher moments with humanity - cleaning up after accidents discreetly, kindly, and without judgement.
- Protecting dignity when it matters most (because everyone deserves that).
- Sharing a smile, a hello, or a gentle chat with residents who may really need it.
- Working side-by-side with care and kitchen teams to keep daily life running smoothly.
