Devon Cali Girls 1st Meet Up ?

Devon Cali Girls are opening the doors @crossfitisca in Exeter to welcome you all to join the girl gang ?

Join @csm.cali for an afternoon of mindful movement alongside making new friends, learning new skills and helping you gain strength and confidence ?

Beginners welcome… This will be a friendly, laid back session where you can feel relaxed and safe in a closed gym environment… You are welcome to come on your own or bring a friend ?? The only cost involved is £7 for the entrance fee to the gym (this is payable by card or cash on arrival direct to CrossFit ISCA)
