The Rainbow Care Group will be providing dementia day care services across Exeter and East Devon. The day services are run from community-based setings to ensure each person's day does not feel clinical or institutional.
Our day services, launching across Exeter and East Devon are designed to create meaningful, engaging experiences for each person. Based at Exmouth Rugby Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with more locations coming soon, our days are filled with fun, connection and cognitive stimulation, ensuring very day is purposeful and enjoyable, ensuring we enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas.
As a day club supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality, person centroed care while leading a small team of support workers.
We would require Supervisor experience of at least one year, with evidence of experience of you supporting people living with dementia.
A Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required with a willingness to work towards Level 3.
Duties include:
Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of club members and your team.
Plan and deliver meaningul, person-centred environment for people living with dementia.
Promote dignity, independence and inclusin in all aspects of care.
You will laugh, learn and lead-whether your baking, going out on trips or leding a compassionate ear.
