Dance Against Racism Gaza fundraiser

We would warmly like to invite you to dance for peace in Gaza/Israel and the West Bank. We are offering this dance as a space to be together in community, as one, to dream and imagine peace will be possible one day. We can use our bodies that are full of power to dance, harness that power to become active in asking for this peace and restore hope in us as a community of beings. Some cultures would even say pray for peace….

Many cultures around the World use movement, dance and song not only as a form of resilience but also as resistance. Movement is energy materialised. We can dance for peace, dance our anger, dance our grief, dance our sense of injustice, dance the truth as we know it,  dance our sense of the possible, dance our deeper knowing of collective joy, dance our human way of simply being together….what we do here has impact and matters elsewhere.

Any money raised will go to two causes that we think are fully need funds and are both about providing vital support and inspired leadership right now!

Medical Aid for Palestine– who offer direct medical emergency aid on the ground and help to develop further local capacity and skills for future healthcare in Palestine

Parents Circle Families Forum-a joint Israeli-Palestinian forum of families who have all lost family members through conflict and are committed to the process of reconciliation between nations as a prerequisite to achieving sustainable peace.
