Creature of Habit is a two part, looking at why we need routine and structure in our lives and how habits are formed. You are invited to reflect on your current routine and habits and whether they serve you well, and if not, make a plan to change things.
The course is taking place: Tues 15th and 22nd July from 2pm - 5pm
Location: Old Heathcoat School Community Centre, 81 King Street, Tiverton, EX16 5JJ.
You must be able to attend all sessions in order to complete the course.
