Little Green Town is a community gardening project working turn Bideford into an edible paradise!
 
Let's turn central Bideford green!
 
Please get involved with our exciting project to make the town centre an edible, vibrant place for everyone!
 
Volunteers from across the community have been working hard transforming unused spaces in our town. We have planted vegetables, fruit bushes, herbs, apple trees and more! The produce is all free to pick, so please do help yourself!
 
We would love to hear you if you would like to come and get involved, you don't need to be a gardener, everyone is welcome! Our beds have been enjoyed by the local wildlife too, an array of bumble bees enjoy the flowers, Painted Lady butterflies have visited, we even have a resident Robin who often joins us for our gardening sessions!
 
WE meet every week at different locations across town you can find us:

1st Sunday of the month we are at Old Town Park

2nd Sunday of the month at Riverbank Car Park

3rd Sunday of the month at Bridge St Car Park

4th Sunday of the month at Riverbank Car Park
