Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) – 10-Week Group Course
Starts Tuesday 16th September 2025
The Ness Hub, Exmouth
£300 per course (£30 per session)

This small, supportive group is for people experiencing mild to moderate memory loss. CST is an NHS-recommended approach shown to help maintain memory, boost confidence and reduce isolation. Each session includes music, word games and conversation, all led by our dementia-specialist team.

It’s suitable for those with or without a formal diagnosis of dementia. Families and carers are welcome to call us to talk it through before booking.
