You love helping people. It feels really fulfilling to empower people and see them make changes that make them happier and healthier.
Sometimes though, it can feel frustrating when they aren't making the progress you know they're capable of. You can get impatient with them and try to fix things for them, giving them more of your time and energy and feeling disappointed when they still don't move forward.
You want to empower others without getting drawn into it yourself, so that you can have healthy boundaries. You want to lead by example by being your happiest, healthiest self. You want to celebrate others' successes without feeling responsible for their success (or failure).
This coaching skills course will introduce you to a range of coaching tools and techniques so that you can empower people to set their own goals and work towards them in their own way and at their own pace.
This intensive course is run online over two Thursdays. Each day, you will receive some group coaching, learn new tools and techniques, and have plenty of opportunity to practice them on each other too.
We meet online on Thursdays from 10am-12pm from 23rd April to 28th May 2026.
This training is free if you commit to taking on one of our Clearways clients for 6 sessions on a voluntary basis, otherwise £375.
Once you have attended this training once, you are invited to join any future sessions free of charge for ongoing support and to support newer coaches.
