  • You will be the lead contact for all club-based ECB National Programmes, such as All Stars and Dynamos Cricket. 
  • You will plan and support workforce development courses in line with the Devon Cricket Foundation Workforce Strategy. 
  • You'll be delivering outstanding service to Devon's cricket network, supporting volunteers with national programmes, especially in transitioning junior age group teams into local leagues. 
  • You will proactively lead and support Devon Cricket Foundation’s national programmes related to equality work, including women’s cricket, diverse communities, disability, and areas of deprivation.
