Each Thursday at 6:45 pm Exmouth Running Club has a club training run aimed at improving your running, this is followed by a social for those wishing to stay on.
The run which may be intervals, fartleks. hill climbs, out and back etc, are all aimed at improving your running. if you are not feeling up to it then you can just have a steady run as we all run in the same area keeping together. All sessions are led by an English Athletics qualified running coach and are free to the community.
