Chair Yoga is a great way to enjoy all the benefits of gentle movement as a seated practice.  There is also the option to stand during the practice using the chair as a support as well as encouragement to pause during the sessions and choices to make the movements comfortable for you as an individual.

People are commenting on how they are enjoying the sessions as part of their week, noticing increased flexibility, and strength and how beneficial it is for their well-being too.  The groups are friendly and relaxed and are available at an amazing rate thanks to funding from One Barnstaple, Active Devon and Age Concern Barnstaple and North Devon.

Please contact me for a chat about the sessions and booking your space.
