Carousel Communty Projects are seeking volunteers to help with fundraising for our work supporting people experiencing mental health issues including Depression, Anxiety, and Stress.
The focus of our fundraising efforts in the next 12 month is The Great Torquay Community Balloon Race and supporting events leading up to the Balloon Race in 2023.

Carousel Community Projects is dedicated to supporting vulnerable persons who have mental health issues including Depression, Anxiety, and Stress.
Research has shown that the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in increased levels of anxiety, depression and mental health problems across the population. Those who were more likely to struggle with their mental health before the pandemic have been most affected and urgently need tailored support.
The Carousel Community Projects aims to create a series of activities designed to reduce isolation and anxiety in people experiencing problems with their wellbeing, including group sessions for make and repair workshops, upholstery, sound recording and silk screen printing (studio recording equipment and printing apparatus have been donated by a member of the public).
The third part of our concept is The Carousel Social Members Club which would provide a safe haven for social gatherings in the evenings.
