Next week, Buckland Brewer Parish Council is planting an apple orchard at the bottom end of their amenity field. Twenty saplings are on their way and they need to be planted within the week if we are to keep them happy and healthy.
Trevor Mills is organising the scheme and he will have an auger on site to make the digging easier, but he could do with volunteers to help out with the planting on the day.
