Black Riders Session Players

Black Riders Session Players perform regional songs. An ever-changing cast of musicians from the TQ and EX area jam and open mic scenes record demos at live sessions and use these as the basis for shows inspired by the great session crews of the past; The Wrecking Crew, The Funk Brothers, The Nashville A Team etc. These session musicians served the songs for the great songwriters such as Brian Wilson, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Marvin Gaye etc. and their ethos and 'Live' approach to recording is what inspires the music of Black Rider Session Players.
