Come and enjoy a soul soothing sonic soundbath!
You get a deep meditative experience even from the first session.
I will use Himalayan bowls, an 80cm Sun Gong and Crystal Bowls with a gentle guided meditation to help guide you into a super deep relaxation. I will end the session with some therapeutic percussion that will gently bring you back to a waking state with some gentle guidance to help you process the session.
We will all gather at the end to enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea.
A two hour session is £10. Booking is essential.

The soundbath is held in the wonderful Castle Community Centre and Gardens, South Street Car Park, EX38 8AA.
Please enter the gate on the right hand side of the library and follow the path to the front door.
Please bring what ever you need to be comfortable such as a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket, a pillow, a hot water bottle if you get cold and a drink of water.
