Our office support volunteers work alongside our teams, helping with the smooth running of the office. This is an important role that will include a range of activities of support to your local office and duties will vary depending on office location.
This role may include:
· Meeting and greeting clients
· Providing basic information that may assist clients, signposting them to webpages or other organisations as appropriate.
· Processing and distribution of incoming/outgoing post
· Retrieving and logging messages/calls
· Booking appointments
· Making follow up calls to clients for feedback/outcomes
· General office duties such as photocopying and scanning
· Other administrative tasks to support the Team Leader
