Small, friendly therapeutic groups for people with memory problems including dementia. They are social, enjoyable, interesting and full of stimulation. Each session lasts 2.5 hours.

We offer a programme of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) sessions called Active Minds. CST is a clinically recommended therapy (NICE) that helps people living with dementia or memory loss exercise their cognition, communication and memory skills.
